New laptop to replace aging one.

Nearly the same hardware, price range is perfect, except the different CPU model (no biggie), but again Windows 7 Home Premium x64, and I don't want to shell out more money for a Windows 7 Professional x64 disk and license, unless I could get a recovery DVD with Windows 7 Professional for this model of laptop for cheap.

I have heard good reports on the longevity of Toshiba computers, but the coupling of bad customer service was what turned me off.

I can vouch for the longevity of Toshiba Satellites. It's the laptop I'm typing this message out to you on, that I've had since I was 16 years old (am 21 now), and the only time it's ever stopped working is when I pried open the case and borked the monitor (yet, the actual CPU still worked fine! It was more or less akin to working blind).

Don't know about bad customer service as I've not once needed to contact customer support for any reason.
