Not really sure this is as descriptive as it could be. For #2 you mention skills get slowed down but you make no mention of WHICH ones are. (the only one being dragon strike to my knowledge, but shockwave seems to be just as slow as it was pre-BB which is not what should happen post)

Also, i don't know if it's a bug, but you can still be damaged while using demolition. Easily noticeable when fighting zakums lower left arms.
