False statement. I was at cwkpq a week ago and used Conversion then my friend used HB and the only thing that changed was my MP...I did not get an HP reduction when I received HB. HOWEVER, when my Conversion went away, if I still had HB on it would go back down to the HB HP not my base...it essentially just does the higher of the two bonuses so once conversion gives a greater HP boost than HB, there is no need for us to need HB let alone worry about it canceling out Conversion.
On another note, if you were looking for Inspirational videos for the guide this thread has a few (I posted one up of my Btm when it was lvl 122, and there is another one there from KMS of a lvl 200 soloing Zakum which I found amazing).

Currently I am level 127 and my build for 4th job is as follows:
10 Energize
9 Stance
1 Finishing Blow
1 Twister Spin
1 Dark Genesis
1 Adv. Dark Aura
1 Party Shield (can replace this with w/e you like, I just like the way it looks and it's somewhat useful at boss runs)
