To be fair, it appears from this bug and others that have been around forever (graphics glitches, "compatibility" issues) that their programmers are working with stone-age tools.
Even though I myself have called them incompetent, I rather pity them. Even capable people would have a hard time in such conditions.
However, it's quite logical to assume Nexon pays peanuts and anyone with any ability at all leaves them fast.
