Conversion and HB are buffs so they don't exactly stack. When you use both the higher % stat takes over, so basically what you will have is 100% hp boost with a 60% mp boost from hb you don't get double advantages. Rex earrings and energize are not buffs and are passive so they apply before the buffs.

Stance books works for both warriors and battle mages. I worked a lvl 30 stance book recently myself from a warrior book and currently have lvl 18 stance at this time. The description says warrior only though but, still works just fine.
