The Run as Admin issue is a permissions problem. There is a quick and easy fix for it. Open Control Panel, User Accounts, click Change User Access Control settings, and lower it to disabled, off, or never notify. Restart your PC afterwards and everything will run correctly. UAC places even an administrator account in a limited user mode when enabled. I recommend turning it off.
