Scrolling STR Earrings

1) There are tablets that aren't 70% chance of passing?
2) Maybe. Probably.

4) Potentialing for % str. o.o

Thanks for your answers, but firstly, in the FM i saw Tablets which didn't tell me the chance of passing but just told me the chance of exploding if it fails. So I'm not sure about that one. And for question 4, yes duh, potential it for STR obviously but in terms of scrolling for STR. I want STR coming from scrolls and potential. So im guessing the tablets is the only option?
