130 MR is already 60% reduction, with ballcurl you're up to almost 80% reduction. With FoN you're at maybe 85% reduction in the end, 5% reduction for that kind of cost, just not worth it. %-reduction gets harder to get the more MR/armor you get.
And if all of your enemies are pure AP, sure go with FoN. go HP and MR. But the second they have some physical damage, mercs and banshees and aegis give plenty.
Aegis is an underestimated item really.
