And armor? Get Sunfire, omen, randuin aegis and possibly thornmail, all the armor you'll ever need.
Rammus really doesnt need that much hp and MR, his ballcurl makes both second priority.
For example, i've downed a twitch within 1 taunt, solo, where he killed himself, thornmail + ballcurl
But isn't more MR the better, since you may never know if you're dealing with a killer mage caster? O.o
