I have a quick question relate to Duel Blades... Is it possible for Duel Blades to go for str daggers? Does it make any difference except better looking dagger (personal preference)?

It's possible.

Many funded shadowers can do this as well, going the lowdex route while not needing to wear strength gear or add points and still wear a khanjar.

With a chaos zak helm and horntail pendent, you can easily get 41 + 21 = 62 str + 4 base = 68 strength already. a few more from zombie rings/resistance ring and you can wear the level 90 strength dagger. Not that it really helps or hurts you in anyway. If it's a decently scrolled dagger, you can use if you want to.
