Here is the list of monsters in Singapore and Malaysia. Look at the avoidability!!

Note: Furious Targa and Scarlion avoid are 784 (Much higher than Pink Bean)!! Non-boss monsters in SG and MY have 300+ avoidability, while in Maple World, the highest avoid should be 225 instead.
Note: To obtain 100% hit rate, your accuracy >= mobs avoidability and your level >= mobs level.

I'm still not sure why you still can miss despite of the high magic accuracy. The SG and MY might still not fully apply to the mobs avoid formula.
