They modify the packets and replace the hex version of the original mob id with the hex version of PBs for instance and get free PB buffs

It is NOT legit, it IS hacking.

This has already been explained a couple times noww, but kinda funny it's something this simple.
Also since when has hex editing ever been considered "Legit"?
