Interesting...
What mods are you guys using too? A friend of mine, the server that I'm in now, he's using this mod specifically for HopStops. No need to bother with railroads. Thank God!

We're pretty much using that like some form of Instant Transmission, but with 9 blocks (platform). It's not too much of a pain, even if creating one of those = -50 Redstone Dusts. Redstone is easy to find though, IMO. I find about 500 a day, but I play around 8-10 hours.. so.. lol..

Basically, make two. One from base above surface or on surface, and one near or at bedrock level. Done. I'll gladly take pictures if anybody needs some just to see what it's like.
