Battle mage guide

All I found in FM are expensive Adv Dark 20 and relatively cheap Yellow Aura 20 books and nothing else.
Just out of interest, are you raising Adv Dark Aura or Finishing Blow first ?

I won't be touching FB for quite some time actually. I got tired of having only a 10 point capped skill so I went and maxed endurance. Mixed feelings about that (I was hoping the def would be more significant, though I suppose it would be if I actually had some potential'd gear) but I can't say I regret it. Plan is to max Adv.Dark then maybe a little finishing, but I'll probably end up doing 20 stance before I get around to finishing FB. Oddly enough, the cheapest Adv. Yellow book I've seen is 80mil.

Edit: Not really too sure about the stance/fb thing honestly, depends on how far I plan on leveling my guy I suppose. Would also be influenced by whether or not I can actually find an Ele Staff for sale (if my damage is already sufficient for training I might opt for putting FB off for stance).

Edit again: Just got an Ele Staff in FM, completely made my day. Now I'm even less certain.
