Drain sucks? How. I'm not using any HP pots with level 3 drain. It sure is helpful.

Everyone is saying it sucks because even though drain lvl 3 is only 1%, that 1% is more than enough to gain 10% of your base hp, which is the limit to how much you can gain from it. If I do a 200k finisher it doesn't matter if I had a lvl 3 drain or a lvl 17 drain, its only going to give me a 500 hp drain (because thats my base hp) but, 1% and 5% is way higher than 500.
