I don't think higher HP makes the fight harder. Just longer. Making it so she can't summon 5 1b+ mobs at once that all have unique attacks including SPAMMABLE METEOR and can each summon 4-6 summons that are strong and deadly on their own especially with pot cooldown, but rather summon the instructors one at a time, is far less difficult.
