I thought the prizes were cash shop items (like hair coupons or scissors of karma). If they're in-game then yes, should redeem them on the char you want to have them.

The original pages I linked at the first post contain the list of prizes. 1-30 is Squishy Shoes, 30-70 is PAC, 70-120 is Maple Earrings and 120+ is random - low rider 15 days, adv. enhance scroll, tree chair, magic book chair, moon and stars chair, skull throne.
