You certainly implied one but your point was irrelevant regardless; The number had to be brought down and the people who failed to meet guidelines were the easiest to throw out.
That is how a contest works after all. Despite what the American entitlement-complex tries to accomplish not everyone can be the winner.

I'm failing to see where a question was even remotely implied within his post. I don't think he said anywhere about people winning, only that their entries shouldn't have been dismissed sheerly on the basis of file size. It could have been resized to fit the parameters somehow, and I'm sure we'd all like to have seen them, especially in the context that a winner has already been decided. No harm in seeing them now.
