Sairs are attackers, they don't really have party buffs aside from...Maple Warrior.
From what I can tell, they're outclassed pretty badly by mechs. I still think Sairs are fun though. To add to the pros, we hardly ever run out of ammo because of how many bullets come in a pack, we have good damage in both mobbing and single targets, we have high HP for a ranged class, and the ability to focus on one single target (great for bosses like Zakum that mass summon).
Cons would be boat cooldown, which is removed later anyway. Pretty sure Mechs completely take out place when they're out. We used to have a slow 1st and 2nd job but I'm sure they've changed that with balance updates and such.
