Pin / PIC reset link request

Hello, everyone! I'm looking to reset my PIC for my account, but every time I log into the Nexon website, I get a 500 internal server error due to the fact that my main character for the account is set to a Zenith character. I tried going on another account to get the reset link, but I can't find it, even if I do "copy image location" and then "view source" and find the image's location in the code. If it actually has a link and if someone can get me this link, it'll be greatly appreciated.
