Dear people who know languages besides English

I always wondered if there were like chinese 4chans or something.. . .

I'm am also quite curious about things like this. Also sites countries tend to use that are similar to what we use, but a different company. An example would be China and Google. I, as many others do, consider Google to be the best search engine, and yet it has very few Chinese users.
