They looks VERY much the same to me... o.0

They look the same because they are the same.
Seems Nexon flubbed when they released the 130 equipment since they originally used all the sprites of the 140 equipment for their 130 counterparts.

Some of the items were changed, but not all (noteably, the weapons). Should be interesting to see if the rest change.
