[1.2.361] Level 140 Items

up to this point there hasnt really been much reason to loophole yourself like this, especially so dramatically. i have no ss's but its entirely possible and there is no reason anyone should have a base higher than ~80 if they have zero bonuses from equips outside of this set. the real trick will be getting hold of equips with enough secondary stats to allow you to equip the first 3 or 4 items until they can support themselves.
