Changing Guild Messages

Well first time bringing up a bug here for myself. In this case I have a confirmation from a friend that also has a guild on Broa. The bug in particular has to deal with the power to change the guild equivalent of the message of the day from IRC. Usually I will do my part in giving messages to the guild as inactive as it is at times to let others know what is going on. The ironic thing is that the alliance is still working in contrast to the bug. I did supply an image, from the guild leader's point of view; though it will also apply to Jr. Leaders as well.
