Certain types of tickets based on the description are hold as low priority, thus take longer to answer, and based on the events, recent changes, could affect traffic. Such as big bang, where I gurrantee thousands of noobs were trying to argue about 2x cards, glitched gallos and what have you. They take tickets concerning NX/Hackers to a higher priority. Obviously if you do a few dozen of the same report something is going to catch their eye, and is the only action as a player you can make.

Unless they changed their methods, tickets with the word "hack" in them are even lower priority than regular glitches, unless you submit them in the NX section (and they affect NX)
