So how many of you, as a responsibility of a player, actually reported/submitted this video in a ticket?

If you haven't you really have no right too complain.

Doing so makes no difference -- especially if you cannot provide a solution to this issue, which I assume most people here can't do that. On top of that, if Nexon isn't already aware of the problem, I highly doubt they'll make note if it through logged tickets, as most tickets are ignored for weeks or months at a time before they're addressed. By that time, the event will be over.

The BEST thing to do would be to make a thread that can easily be seen by the staff on their forums with a fully detailed explanation of the problem and a possible solution.
