I don't see how this leads to a slower SP. Maybe a bit slower? Big deal. This is small time.
This was a great choice. Regulate the ISPs and businesses.
Remember when Verizon blacklisted 4chan, and soon after their website was DDoS'd?
That's what I gather the fear is. That corporate internet nets will catch any rival website and blacklist it from being seen, e.g. Comcast banning verizon's website or vice versa.
