There's nothing you can do except to change your IP or use a proxy [Hotspot Shield]. I've been waiting for a reply from Nexon for over two months now and my ticket is still in stage of "work in progress" or something like that. I doubt Nexon will be fixing this problem anytime soon; probably in two year or so. You can use Hotspot Shield to reactivate your account and play Maplestory though with the exception of you can only start maplestory from the website not from GameLauncher (when you login with GameLauncher, you get the message "unable to contact login server" so something like that), and if you play Combat Arms, there's no way to even play Combat Arms.
