In the center of the room, in the shadow of the Tiki statue, you see Synthesist, the quietest member of your town. And he had a good reason too, for he was your Doctor. A bullet hole lies directly in the middle of his head.
The gravity of this scene before you is broken by the fire in the back of the room lighting up once more, hungry for a sacrifice. You all look at one another, preparing yourselves for the inevitable fights that will occur.
Suddenly, the voice from the first day echoes around the room. "Not today," it says, "Today shall be different. You will not be voting on who shall be killed. Instead, you shall elect someone instead of normal votes. The person who reaches the majority of these election votes will be given the ability to choose who dies, so make sure you choose wisely and pick who you believe to be one of you."
"And to make things fair," it adds, "You will not be able to vote for yourself."
