It's not the monsters' levels that are the problem

There's really no need to invent a new accuracy formula. I don't see what was wrong with the old (pre-bb) one.
The only thing that could possibly be considered problematic with it was that it let relatively low-level bowmen (and thieves?) hit high level monsters (i.e., bigfoot) and so leech without a pg mule.
Formula could be tweaked to prevent that, I suppose, but it really shouldn't have been replaced with the absurdity we have now. IMHO.
