He says he wasn't even able to protect the empress, in that day, everyone was powerless except Shinsoo, who's sleeping, as usual.
If you mean the 120 Cygnus quest then no. Neinheart specifically mentions that it was before you were around, and obviously the 120 quest takes place at the peak of your knighthood.
