New content is only released by Korea, unless that content is version-specific based content (like Masteria).
I'm sorry if I read your post in a wrong way, but that's really what it sounds like to me when I read it.
And that which.. although it pushes the game's boundaries, still has to make relative sense. All in all... even Core Blaze in JMS, which was completely broken beyond beleif was eventually fixed. And nothing, nothing at all has been in development post big-bang so far. We don't know what Nexon Korea could be trying to keep in line from it's offsprings.
