Um... Nexon won't make special, easier-to-level-with content just because the later levels of the game are hard. It sounds like you're just whining for new content that'll boost you to super-duper high levels with a blink of an eye just because you feel it's slow.
New content is only released by Korea, unless that content is version-specific based content (like Masteria).
