Fever, and now Chest Pain

For all you people suggesting the emergency room, no. It's not life-threatening...emergency room are for people with serious issues, like a missing limb or a heart attack.

Sounds like flu. Acheyness + fever = flu. You don't even have to be coughing or snotty or whatever.
