Your character starts off playing hide-and-go-seek with 3 friends and stumbles upon the Black Wings hideout. He enters and sees all these vats containing people and freaks out. One of the experimental subjects tells him that someone coming and he hides somewhere in the room. A professor and some guy come in and discuss something, which your character manages to listen in on. After they leave, he escapes with the experimental subject...only to be cornered by the guy who was with the professor. Just when all hope seems lost, a guy named J (I think?) comes down from a ladder (probably connected to a helicopter) and saves your character. He then drops you off in Edelstein, where you try to join the Resistance, blah blah blah
How of that did I get right. and how much more is there? o.o

That's as far as i've got.. there hasn't been any missions since level 30 and i'm now level 54
You are told to get to level 10 to be able to join the resistance, after making the initial job advancements you are put through a training program to test your new abilities. After proving yourself, Claudine sends you on your first mission, to collect data chips from the Black Wings security robots, you are then introduced to Surl, an elderly and important part of the resistance movement, who the Black Wings are getting suspicious of. You are tasked with doing some missions to supply the resistance and the town of Edelstein with aid. Upon attempting to deliver the package to the Edelstein airport, you are attacked by thieves who attempt to take the package, after defeating them they drop a Black Wings medal which seems suspicious.
You return to Surl who after seeing the medal, believes that the thieves were sent by the Black Wings. Claudine then wishes to see you, as the test subject who you saved from the mines has woken up and wants you to go see her, you head downstairs to talk to the test subject, who thanks you for saving her and announces that she is now a full member of the resistance and is going by the name Vita - She remarks that she doesn't have any skills that could help the resistance, until she remembers that she used to watch the Black Wings create medicine and believes that she might be of some help that way.
At the same time, Surl has gone missing, and Claudine tasks you with finding him, as she believes that the Black Wings are moving to take him down. Upon finding Surl in a secluded part of the park, he reveals that it is part of his plan to lure out the Black Wing thieves so that they can take them down. The thieves begin to attack wave by wave as you try to protect Surl from harm - after the threat has passed you are asked by Vita to help test her new medicine, which she is unsure about.
Vita injects you with the medicine, buffing you up, and asks you to defeat a special training robot in the training grounds while under the effects of the medicine and then report the findings to Claudine - Vita's medicine becomes a huge success and is then used by other members of the resistance to give them the edge over the Black Wings and Vita becomes the medicine maker and is given a special Resistance Member badge to make her feel at home in the resistance, since she can never leave the base - Claudine gives you some of Vita's medicine to take to a special member of the resistance, hiding outside of the town, it turns out to be J, the man who saved you and Vita from Schiller at the beginning.
At level 30, the Headteacher directs you into the underground base to talk to your job instructor, who notices your progress and believes it is the perfect time for some advancement - and some revenge and tells you to go to the airport where a familiar face is arriving back in Edelstein.
Upon arriving at the airport you are met by Schiller, the member of the Black Wings who tried to capture you in the beginning, but has now been demoted in the Black Wings due to his failure. Your character remarks that while they were helpless back then, they are now strong enough to take him down, Schiller attacks and is beaten by you, who then takes the important document he is holding and delivers it to the Job Instructor, who advances you to 2nd Job
