You need maxed Blue Aura for Advanced Blue Aura. And before you go OLOL I'LL JUST SKIP ADVANCED BLUE AURA, note that it has a passive 20% status immunity + elemental resistance and when active, it reduces damage by 40% at maxed level and increases weapon/magic defense by 60%.
