So from what the description/NPC's have said, I'm guessing if you use the capsules on a Wild Hunter/Battle Mage, that's one less you'll be able to use on a Mechanic/other class come Jan 19th?
Also, I have eight of the capsules, but the descriptions say it can be used 7 times. Does that mean they can be used 7 times per character, and that I'll have to make another Resistance member to use the 8th one?
Edit: Answered my second question(s): Only 7 times per character, after that either throw it away, or make yet another Resistance member. If you use it, it'll just re-appear.
