And you have a valid point. Sure, Nexon has people that pay for the game. Sure, they are customers.
But honestly here: no matter how badly Nexon messes up, no matter how dysfunctional they are, people will still continue to buy NX. Nexon could extend the patch for another 10 hours and people would still clamor for NX, I can guarantee it. People are addicted to this game, and to an extent, spending money on it. (Yes, I'm talking to you, cubers). Nothing's going to change.
