Accuracy Changed Again?

You can get the 400 Accuracy Time Travelers Laurel Hat from Neo-City after you beat Nibelung. If you need accuracy that, so far, is the best equip I've found.

Problem is unless they re-adjust accuracy to be a useful status to where if the monster is higher than your level, accuracy is calculated against the monsters avoidance, accuracy of any kind will still be worthless.

Which is exactly the problem.

Maybe I'm a bit OCD, but it's really annoying to have a stat exist that doesn't do anything.
It's even more annoying to know that it is considered, but is terribly worthless anyway.
Seriously, people keep mentioning Pink Bean, but has anyone noticed that you'd only miss 25% of the time at level 180 with no accuracy?
That's absurd.

Frankly, I'd love to see a Maplestory where secondary stats are worth something.
Get rid of the statement in the accuracy formula that sets any accuracy of +100 to 100 for one thing.
Then players can actually go after monsters of higher level without missing.

Also, maybe change (4 * primary + secondary) to (3 * primary + 2 * secondary).
Then people would be inclined to actually use the equipment that requires secondary stats.
