PF is so empty now...

Here is an idea to make it safer, make it drop valuable items, or make Lita's quests repeatable every 12 hours or some thing. Because this is BS. I started trying kill a BF for fun(i have no web on my NL, I used apples to get the toe the first time) And realized it'd be much simpler and much more potentially profitable to just kill HH, so i left. I came back a day later, the same BF is there. I know this because when i entered map, a damage bar appeared at the top of my screen. If no one is killing the BF that is one map out of the Bandit Camp, then no one is trying to kill any of them.
