Not like I can abuse anything, Nexon and their friends at UltimatePay are making it quite clear they don't really want my money, the way the whole "charge NX using credit card" thing hardly ever works for me, on any account.
However, I also don't consider using this to be abuse. This time they're not saying stuff like "get your friends to play maple". They are letting us know they know it's the same old customers who are creating new accounts (or charging for the first time on mule accounts), and that *they don't care*. They just want us charging NX, anyway, anyhow, just as Phoenix said. And if we have to create new accounts for it, all the better. Soon they can boast of "two million paying customers".
