She already has such a hat, but it's in the cash shop storage (or on one of her other chars?)
Her main character can't enter cash shop to retrieve it, due to a bug Nexon hasn't been able to fix.
She is hoping that, despite there being no mention of it in the patch notes, the cash shop will work for her main again, at least for as long as it takes to get that hat out.
i hope nexon will fix it many players are affected
