Recently I found an under average Targa helm, it gave 3 lines.
After 2 cubes it became "epic", then another 14 it became unique with these stats:
9% dex
40% chance to block 32 damage
6% dex
I also screwed up on a Reverse Rotano (Level 120 archer shoes) and it was underaverage as well because of a lower defense stat.
It took at least 10 cubes for epic, and another 21 for it to become unique with these stats:
9% dex
5% chance to block 40% damage.
6% dex
However with my other items, like my engaw which is scrolled with a pinkish name which is the highest color rating. It took aproximatly 120 cubes to go from rare to unique with:
30% boss damage
3% all stat
6% accruacy.
Also I have a level 100 glove with a purple name that's soaked up 50 cubes so far and it's still in epic stats.
Is there a chance at the very least that cubes have higher upgrade rates on under average items?
