This is absolutely ridiculous. It may be well-mannered to leave someone alone who's slowly soloing a boss, but it is by no means outside of their rights to KS them. Bosses are a free-for-all, and they always will be. Don't try and make up rules for things that there are none; you're reminding me of the idiots in early Mardia that would kill a crow for a hime channel, and come back nine hours after claiming the channel was their's because they killed the crow.
