Do I have to buy the level 50 mount and the 100 mount to be able to get the 120 mount? Thanks

Yeah, it's a quest where you have to "raise" 3 rider to get a Shinjoo in the end.

Shinjoo is 180% speed (like lvl200 Adventurer Drako), so don't complain!
