Also note that you should compare base int with +int, to magic atk, to %int, all 3 components separately.

So a flat +20 int is applied to the first, a flat +20 magic to the second, and a +20% int to the third.

Since % gear adds to all new base int you get, the ratio is actually closer to that stat.

(since all damage formulas are now effectively the same, it's quite reasonable to compare my Paladin... I guess)
864 str, 238 w.atk, 34% str
So the ratio is 864:238:134
To normalize it to any particular stat, just divide by that component. Eg. to see what's equivalent to 1 w.atk, divide the 3 by 238 to get
3.63:1:0.56
That is, 1 atk = 3.63 str = 0.56% str.
