I didn't check exact numbers but it seemed to me that the "300%" of Heal is now 300% of the healer's HP.
i.e., My bishop who has 2600 HP can heal my hero for about 7800 HP, or can heal two party members for 3900 each, etc.
But that doesn't quite fit with the numbers you guys got... and doesn't explain their inconstancy at all...
