Second hot-time event?

There was only one official hot time event at 2pm pst however, those that did not have any empty inventory were told to empty their slots for another chance at a later time which was something like 5pm pst on the same day. Unless somehow that message came out to be a lie too, these are what people have experienced when their slots were full. That doesn't mean that you got a chance to get items from the hot time event twice, it just meant that you only had 2 chances to get it on that day.

That second part was not hot time. It also never happened.
