I'm pretty sure its measured by level and stats.

Adding +1 ATTK at say, level 10, will probably add maybe 20-30 damage range
Adding +1 ATTK at around level 100 would probably increase your damage range by 60-70+

At least thats my experience, anyone with any knowledge on the matter, feel free to prove me wrong.
