The first part makes it sound as if the company is getting rather bureaucratic. No wonder it takes them months to deal with issues.
Also it seems like they have problems with employee turnover. If the management treats the employees half as badly as they do the customers, this would not be surprising. As far as interacting with players/customers, Nexon acts more like some thoughtless, compassionless, hard-nosed government agency than a game company. Imagine what it would be like to work for such people. Not a pleasant thought.
